Columbus To Do List #2

Earlier today, I went to the Fox in the Hole Coffee shop near the Short North, with fellow HES Scholar Andrew Bushman. The shop was very modern, but also quaint. I would say it had all the positive stereotypes of a college town coffee shop. Very good work space for studying, but also a good place to catch up with friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My last item on the Columbus To Do list, was visiting this little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop, Kafe Kerouac. I loved this place, one because of its good coffee, but mostly because it sells vinyl records!! Growing up in my time, vinyl records are not something you see every day! I thought it was very cool seeing all of that cool music in that cool platform! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My favorite experience from the Columbus To Do List was eating at Mikey’s Late Night Slice in the Short North. I love pizza, and the cooks at Mikey’s really know how to cook pizza! I think what I learned about Columbus from this experience is that there is a lot of cool places in the city to visit and experience, you just have to be willing to explore! I would really like to explore more of the restaurants and coffee shops around the city. I would highly recommend just looking up coffee shops or restaurants near you and just “go in blind.” By that I mean don’t read reviews or menus, just go and experience it!
