Charles W. Calhoun

A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BA in Arts Administration with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and three years of classical voice training with Soprano Cynthia Lawrence Calkins and Baritone Thomas Gunther. Currently, I am attending The Ohio State University for a MA in Arts Policy and Administration through the John Glenn College of Public Affairs and the Department of Art Administration, Education and Policy program. After receiving the one year Graduate Enrichment Fellowship I am now a Graduate Teaching Associate for a second tier writing course AE 2367.2 Writing Art Criticism. My research interests are Cultural Equity, Community Economic Developments, Organizational Efficiency and Orchestras. My main artistic interests revolve around music performance and production and my career interests include Non-Profit Fundraising & Development, Arts Production and Management and Arts Council Leadership.
