National Delegate to the AMA

During my first and second years of medical school, I served as the college of medicine delegate to both the American Medical Association and the Ohio State Medical Association. I attended national and state conferences on behalf of all medical students at OSU and voted on policy resolutions to be adopted into the official compendiums of the respective organizations. In addition, I co-wrote two pieces of policy that were successfully adopted by the Ohio State Medical Association.
