Dr. Nong Inpanbutr was first educated at Chularlongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, receiving a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She continued her education in the US, receiving a MS in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Iowa State University, and a PhD in the Department of Veterinary Anatomy at The Ohio State University. She is currently a Professor in the Department of Veterinary Biosciences at OSU. The main goal of research is to determine the role (s) of vitamin D in cancer and the potential use of vitamin D as anticancer therapy in veterinary medicine. Particular emphasis is in canine urinary bladder and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
