Elizabeth Grainger received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Bowling Green State University and became a registered dietitian. She then earned master and doctoral degrees from the Department of Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University. She is currently a Clinical Research Nutritionist in the Comprehensive Cancer Center at OSU. Her current projects involve functional foods, exercise, and cancer prevention.
