Hej allihopa!

Jag har flugit till Europa på 8 Maj och jag har haft mycket roligt tid här. Jag har sett den Tower of London, Big Ben, Parliment, och mycket mer saker.

Min favorit sak att jag har besökt är det HMS Belfast.

Den är en stor båt som användes i WWII. Jag har besökt Churchill Krigsrummet och Imperial Krigsmuseet.

Jag gick till London Bridge och många musems igår. Jag ska åka till Frankrike imorgon mellan klockan halv fem och halv fyra. Vi ska åka till Bayeux i Frankrike. Jag ska bo där hos fem dagar. Jag tror att London är en bra stad och det var en bra börja på min resa.

Hey all!

I’m Nathan Byrne, a third year student here at The Ohio State University, and I’m majoring in History with a focus in political and military history and I’m minoring in Scandinavian Studies. Jag kan tala Svenska och jag ska göra flera inlägg på Svenska här. I’m from a small village in northwestern Ohio called Cloverdale. It has a population of roughly 80 people, so it is very small.

This month I will be partaking in OSU’s WWII Study Abroad Program, and it will take me to London, Bayeux, Paris, Krakow, and Berlin. In the coming weeks I will be making posts both here (in Swedish for you few Swedish speakers) and at the WWII Study Program’s blog (in English) which is here. I will likely be making weekly posts throughout the month of May.
