This 2018 report was commissioned by the President of the International Society for Research on Aggression (ISRA), and was co-chaired by me and Sarah Coyne. Our committee included some of the top aggression researchers in the world. It is a “short and sweet” scientific report (< 4 pages of text), written in accessible language. The report was published in the scientific journal Aggressive Behavior (link).
We sent this report to U.S. President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, each state Governor, each Senator, and each member of the House of Representatives. We hope they will read it and base policy decisions on science.
