I am Lindsay Burns, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education and Human Ecology. I taught middle school and high school math and science for nine years before coming to Ohio State to pursue my PhD. My research interests and areas of expertise include informal science education and integrated STEM education. I am a graduate research assistant for the Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center (ABRC), collaborating on the creation of a citizen science project. Additionally, I am graduate teaching assistant for the Dept. of Teaching and Learning.
