On the Spring 2018 concert program, one orchestra member will be featured as a soloist in a concerto of their choosing. The orchestra will perform one movement of the concerto, not to exceed 15 minutes.
For the audition, perform your selected movement. You are not required to audition with a piano accompanist.
Auditions will take place on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 7:30pm-9:30pm. The deadline for signing up to audition is Sunday, October 29 by 11:59pm. After the deadline, auditionees will receive an email with the specific time and location of the audition. Auditionees must provide 3 copies of the reduced score (piano accompaniment with solo line) at the time of the audition. Direct any questions to bednarsky.1@osu.edu.
