The Buckeye Philharmonic Orchestra at The Ohio State University is a student-run symphony orchestra dedicated to giving all eager instrumentalists the chance to play challenging music in a social setting. We pride ourselves in producing quality music while maintaining a fun and relaxed demeanor. The orchestra plays full symphonic repertoire and performs three concerts per season. Musicians in the orchestra also participate in community outreach events through chamber music performance. The Buckeye Philharmonic Orchestra rehearses once per week during Autumn and Spring semesters. Entrance into the orchestra is based on auditions taking place near the beginning of Autumn semester.
