New Learning Assignment Request Form

We are excited to implement our new Learning Assignment Request Form! This form will help standardize the learning assignment process. The new Learning Assignment Request Form is available at go.osu.edu/learningassignmentrequest. Please note that this was created with Microsoft Forms, and you may need to log in with your OSU username and password to access the form.

If you are a BuckeyeLearn Organizational Unit Admin (OU Admin), please note that this form will only need to be submitted when you are assigning training(s) to users outside of your unit.

If you are not a BuckeyeLearn Organizational Unit Admin (OU Admin), please reach out to your unit’s OU admin at go.osu.edu/ou_admins and let them know the trainings you would like to assign to user(s). If  your unit does not have an OU admin, please proceed with filling out the Learning Assignment Request Form. You will be prompted on the form to indicate if your unit does not have an OU admin. More information on completing this form will be available soon in the Administrative Resource Center.
