The deadline to register for The 2022 Ohio Cow Calf School is TOMORROW FEBRUARY 17, 2022!!!!!! This is a beneficial program designed to help your cow/calf operation become more profitable. OSU Extension will be brining in experts from all over Ohio to discuss and demonstrate best practices. Participants will get to attend these sessions:
Optimizing Forage Fertility- James Morris, OSU Extension Brown County
Feed Sampling and Nutrient Analysis- Ted Wiseman, OSU Extension Perry County
Planning Cow Management and Feeding Mineral- Garth Ruff- OSUE Beef Cattle Field Specialist
Body Condition Scoring and Facilities- Stan Smith, OSU Extension Fairfield County
There is a fee of $10 due to the Brown County OSU Extension Office before the event on February 24, 2022 (NEXT THURSDAY). The best part? LUNCH IS INCLUDED AS WELL AS EARNING YOUR BEEF QUALITY ASSURANCE CERTIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION!!!!!
