The challenging weather has created numerous “firsts” for producers throughout Brown County and the entire nation but the extreme weather has also brought numerous first-time changes to policies and rules. Over the last year, many new changes have taken place and new aid programs have been installed. Just as the weather from day-to-day, all of these changes can be difficult to keep track of.
