Inclusive Leadership Series #1: Policing and Black Rights in America:
Managed designing an event hosting a keynote speaker and four structured workshop activities for ~150 Mount scholar students. Focuses on subjects of police brutality, Black Lives Matter movement, and white supremacy within the United States. Messaging of personal reflection and how the past, present, and future plays a role in systemic racism. Work included marketing and motivation plans, script and logistics writings, and training facilitators to host topically difficult conversations.
