The Bee Lab is pretty sweet.
I checked Google Analytics for U.OSU sites a few weeks ago and noticed The Bee Lab’s numbers were consistently increasing. Now, I am not familiar with the draw of honeybee research but I can recognize an awesome U.OSU site and blog.

Acronym Soup: Workplace Edition
Our little Internet is growing up
It’s very easy in our North American bubble to feel connected to the internet, if not inundated with it on an almost hourly basis. Hard to believe 2/3 of the world lives without something we can barely go 2/3 of a day without utilizing.
Today the world wide web turns 25, which in my mind is the “scary age.” Not because it means you’re old by any means, as evidenced by these internet “baby pictures.”
Acronym Soup
I had been feeling a tad technology illiterate then I read this L.A. Times article and realized I’m not alone in my insecurities when it comes to the complexities online/computer/gadget jargon, and might even (fingers crossed) be above the majority.
So in an effort to share knowledge, here’s a short breakdown of 9 commonly-used acronyms that I think are worth knowing.

Digital Unions: The Promised Land
While I was a student at Ohio State I was aware a “Digital Union” existed, that I had access, it had computers, and that was about it. After visiting our three current locations last week I realized how little I knew. Students, faculty, staff — if you’re DU-clueless like I was, here’s a quick little breakdown:
