2015 has been one of the biggest years in my life. In the same year I transitioned from High School to College. I moved from Texas to go to school in Ohio. Over this year it is safe to say i have changed considerably as a person. Being in college has not only shown just how well i can function independently, but greatly broadened those skills. It has taught me over this year a greater sense of responsibility than I have had at any other point in my life. I have explored new ideas and new cultures that are available at The Ohio State University. I am so happy that over this school year I have been able to expose myself to new friends and foster friendships that I feel will last a lifetime. At the beginning of the year I started out with a major in International Studies and a minor in Russian. I have recently decided that I want to turn my minor into a second major. I am also looking forward to the opportunity to study abroad in Europe during my second year at college. My first year at college has been an adventure, and I hope that next year will surprise me in different ways.
