Hello everyone! I am Anusone Bounemany or Austin Bounemany, it does not matter which one you call me by. I graduated from Hilliard Darby High School, where I was apart of the choral and track and field programs. I’m not sure about joining any clubs in those hobbies, but I will continue singing and training in my past time. I am Laotian-American and Buddhist with two adorable little sisters named Lila and Eona. I am a business major and part of the ENR scholars. I’m not very sure what field I want graduate in business, but I’m taking a huge interest into finance, at the moment and I hope to run my own business one day. I took an interest into the ENR scholar program when I realize I got to work a lot with nature and help sustain the natural environment. I took an interest with nature when I was just a wee boy. I was very interested in animals and bugs back, which included prehistoric creatures as well, such as dinosaurs and the creatures before them. I would always read books about animals, to the point where I was able to identify them right off the top of my head when I was little. Nowadays, I’m a little rusty at identifying animals, but I do retain a bit of knowledge from back then. I hope by joining the ENR scholars, I would find ways to help the homes of many animals and bugs, while continuing my passion of learning about them. I enjoy taking walks out in nature, just to clear my mind and think about hoe my day has gone. I sometimes listen to music, while I walk just to help either keep me positive or awake throughout the day. Also, I tend to play quite a bit of video games and watch anime a lot in my free time. I hope this helped you learn a bit more about me!

Anusone,
Finance is a great specialty in business! Both my brother and my father have a degree in finance and they really enjoy it. I’m glad you realize that even with a business degree, environmental protection will still be in your scope of work. Sustainability is a great way to incorporate the two, and it’s awesome that you realize that! ENR will definitely help you with that incorporation.
Also, I am extremely interested in different cultures and religions, and if you’re ever up for it I’d love to talk to you about Buddhism or your Laotian-American heritage.

Austin, awesome job! I’m super curious about the image you’ve added. What is it exactly, elephants? Your site looks great. And while you did three others off the list, consider making a LinkedIn anyway, it might seem annoying or pointless, but it can actually be a really easy, helpful networking tool. Love the picture of you and your sisters! <3 Marie
