Hello !
My name is Eli and I am a third year zoology student with a minor in fine arts. I have always lived around Columbus. One of my favorite quotes (from my dad – who says a lot of quotes !) is “stop making excuses for why not”, which means kind of like “if you want something, get it.”
I made this collage of myself and a couple things that are representative of me. The top left image is of my mini orchid collection, something I am extremely proud of. I hand made everything about it, even the tank itself is from discarded glass panes. I would be happy to talk anyone’s ear off about my orchids!
To the right of that is a baby picture of my pet bird, who is the light of my life. Her name is Clover.
The three images below Clover are some of my favorite art pieces I have made lately. I am extremely lucky enough to be able to say that I regularly sell stickers and other art pieces. I first started selling my art last year at my place of work, which has quickly become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. When I originally came to OSU I had plans on becoming an exotic vet, mostly because I felt insignificant in the art world. But now I am confident on my journey, and have plans to get my masters in fine art after I complete my zoology degree (it will be my backup haha!)
