For our final project in the Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreunership Scholars program we formed business teams to create a product. My team created a chair that can be attached to the ceiling or wall, and is also portable. A main part of doing this required us to make a Business Model Canvas which is shown above.  The model describes all aspects of our product and its production. Our journey was quite a roller coaster.  Our original idea was a self powered eco-friendly gym; however, through our research we discovered that this idea already existed so we had to pivot.  While brainstorming new ideas we came up with our chair idea and ran with it.  We conducted surveys and talked to people to gain input and consumer opinions to see what people would like from our product.  It was a journey, but ultimately we came up with a product with a solid foundation of ideas.
