This site includes information on how schools across the Big Ten Conference compare in their accessibility to both in-state and out-of-state residents. Looking at data for both of those types of students reveals a look at a variety of external factors, including states’ priorities or abilities for funding higher education and how likely a state’s citizens are to attend college.
