Goal: to create and complete the code for the coasting/power braking part of aR&D3 and start to collect some data
Completed Tasks:
- coasting/power braking code was finished
- one trial for the second data set of aR&D3 was collected
Tasks to be Completed:
- the remaining four trials for the second data set of aR&D3 need to be collected
- data analysis/documentation for aR&D3
Project Timeline: The lab period on Wednesday April 3, 2019 should be spent collecting the rest of the data. Any remaining time in lab should be spent completing the data analysis and documentation for aR&D3. The next task is to complete the final performance test by Wednesday April 10, 2019. The third progress report and oral presentation draft are both due on Monday April 8, 2019.
Decisions: No major decisions to be reported at this time.

Goal: to complete data collection for aR&D3

Project Timeline: The progress report, poster rough draft, and data analysis/conclusions for aR&D3 should be done and turned in by the start of the lab period on Monday April 8, 2019. The final performance test is due Wednesday April 10, 2019.
Decisions: Garrett will add information into the progress report 3 document. Mark will work on commenting code and start the code for the final performance test. Maggie will work on data analysis and finalizing the methodologies for ar&D3.

Decisions: Garrett and Maggie will finish progress report 3 with the data and conclusion of aR&D3. Makayla and Maggie will work on the draft of the poster for the final oral presentation.

Project Timeline: The final draft of the oral presentation poster is due Monday April 15, 2019. The oral presentation itself will be completed Wednesday April 17, 2019 or Friday April 19, 2019. The final CDR and final website update is due Friday April 19, 2019.

Project Timeline: Day 2 of the final performance test and a video of the AEV completing the final performance test will be completed by the end of the lab period on April 12, 2019. The final draft of the oral presentation is due before the lab period on Monday April 15, 2019.
Decisions: Makayla will make changes to the oral presentation rough draft so it is completed by Monday. Maggie will double check the final draft before it is turned in before Monday April 15, 2019 at 8:00am.

Project Timeline: The final version of the oral presentation poster is due Monday April 12, 2019. All final documentation is due Friday April 19, 2019.
Decisions: Maggie will collect and analyze all data and fill out final budget. Garrett and Makayla will finish the final poster for the oral presentation.
