Semester in Review: Autumn 2015

Over the past four months here at The Ohio State University, I feel that I have grown as a person, both academically and socially. College classes are extremely more rigorous compared to high school classes, a reality that I certainly was not prepared for. However, I did learn to adapt to the changes; I set a strict studying schedule that I kept to, and kept up with all of my various assignments. I also realized that if I was struggling with an issue in class, that the best way to fix the situation was to immediately go for help instead of trying to figure it out myself.

Socially, I also grew as an individual; I became more  outgoing and began to speak up for myself. Instead of just sitting in my room all day, I hung out with those living in my dorm and tried to develop at least one friend in each of my classes.

Overall, this first semester of my college experience at The Ohio State University, turned out extremely well and I can not wait to see what will come in the future.
