I recently had the opportunity to volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association at the Akron Rubber Ducks stadium in Akron, OH. I helped put on a walk to support both awareness for Alzheimer’s and the friends and families of those who are suffering from the disease. We wrote inspirational quotes and sayings all along the two-mile route to encourage the people who came to show their appreciation and support. I’m so grateful that I had the chance to learn more about Alzheimer’s as well as do my part to spread the message of the Alzheimer’s Association.
