About Me

IMG_2373

I grew up in a small town called Ashland, Ohio, where I graduated Salutatorian of my class. Growing up in a place with a glaring lack of diversity, traveling to other states, and talking with family led me to realize at a young age that there were many other amazing cultures and ethnicities to learn about and explore. I took my first international trip when I was 12 years old, to Australia, and have never wanted to stop discovering more of the world. I worked several jobs in order to travel, and now have two campus jobs that helped me go to India last year.

I am now a second-year student at OSU, in the International Affairs Scholars program. I am studying Strategic Communications with a minor in French, and hope to continue my education to receive my Masters degree in the future. I would like to use my passions for people and cultures to travel the world in a communications leadership position. I am a very outgoing person and I love meeting new people. Ohio State has been a great choice for me because there are always new people to meet, and the friends I have made thus far are the most amazing people I have ever known. I am excited to continue my education and exploring the world.
