_________________________________________________________
Decisions:
We decided that we would rotate responsibility for the AEV kit every week.  Its a big thing to carry around and it was most fair to share responsibility for it.
_________________________________________________________
Reflections:
-Hard to do some of the task with only 2 of 4 teammates present.

-There are a lot of materials,  requirements, and due dates for this project.  Keeping up with all of them is going to be crucial.

-Also, since there are multiple groups working in the company, communication within and between the groups is going to be important.

Meeting 2:

Grant Proposal – All

Meeting Minutes 5 – Nathan, Zach
_________________________________________________________
Decisions:  We decided to change our Advanced R&D topic.  Originally we were going to use the wind tunnel, but it was not working properly so we had to quickly choose a new topic for the lab period.  We choose power braking vs coasting because we felt it would be very helpful for deciding how to code the AEV to complete the final task that it would have to complete.
_________________________________________________________
Reflections:  Even though we had to change our topic for the first AR&D, if the wind tunnel can return to working condition, we may still consider this as a topic for the second AR&D.  If not, we will also have to change our plans for the second AR&D to adjust to this situation.

Final AEV Design

__________________________________________
Objective:

Finalize our final AEV design to make it easier to handle/work with while testing so that the final performance test can be completed in a timely manner.

_________________________________________________________
To do/Action Items:

Progress report 3 – All

___________________________________________________________
Decisions:

The arduino will be housed outside the AEV for now, but the battery will be placed inside to make testing easier.  Some type of wire management has to be done to keep the wires from hitting the propellers during use.

___________________________________________________________
Reflections:

The final AEV design could have been better thought out, but we have to work with what we have.  In reality, if given more time and resources, we would just print another model to fix the current problems.  Since this is not possible, the team has to adapt to work with the current design.
