An Introduction to Emma

My name is Emma Bell and I am from Avon Lake Ohio, a town in the outskirts of Cleveland. I have actually lived all over the US and in Canada and am a proud citizen of both countries. I am attending the Ohio State University and am studying biomedical engineering on the premedical track. I also plan on obtaining a minor in Spanish. I aspire to further my education as a graduate student and go to medical school. I am a very artistic person and love to create. I spend my free time taking photos of nature or sketching people on paper. What I love about engineering and medicine is that these desires that I have to create will have meaningful and lifesaving results. I never back down from a challenge and this applies to other areas of my life. One of my favorite things to do is ride and compete on horseback. Horseback riding taught me to have patience, strength, and perseverance and it is a passion I cherish. I am excited for my future and ready for any opportunities and challenges I will face.
