Thought my architect history/outlines classes, Saint Paul’s Cathedral has always stood out to me. The stunning interior along with the very detailed dome has caught my eye during the lectures I learned about it. Being able to see Saint Paul’s in person is an expert and that I will never forget. From the first moment I walked into the cathedral, I was amazed from everything about it. Walking up all of the steps was tiring but, it really gave me a feeling of how magnificent the structure of the cathedral is especially when going up the portions that had spiral staircases. The detail of the interior dome was amazing and it made me realize how fortunate we were able to visit Saint Paul’s. The view of the skyline from the golden gallery was stunning. It gave me a good perspective of how sprawling the city of London is with the numerous large clusters of skyscrapers.
