In high school, I was an AP-level student. I took seven AP courses over my four years in high school, three as a junior, and the other four my senior year. As a junior, I took AP Physics I, AP Government & Politics, and AP English Language & Composition. My senior year, I enrolled myself into AP Biology, AP Calculus, AP English Literature & Composition, and AP United States History. I sat for all seven exams, and as a result of my successful scores, I was able to finish my AP career as an AP Scholar with Honor. This recognition means a lot to me as it shows my success in a wide variety of courses, from biology to government to English. As a high schooler with a goal of experiencing a diverse array of courses in college, receiving the AP Scholar with Honor award showed me I was on the right path to finding further success in a variety of different subjects.
