The process of building our own Business Model Canvas from scratch was quite educational.  From the beginning of this project we were an apparel company looking to dive into the east coast and crazy adventurer target markets.  After a slight pivot or two, this is the final business model we developed.

About Me

user-15738-96

I grew up in a small town, but I have always been a big city person. There’s just more possibilities in the city. Growing up I had two passions, one for business and one for space. The passions have really carried over into my professional career. As a current student at The Ohio State University I am planning on a major in engineering, however, I am also considering the possibility of a business degree too. Inside of my passion for business is an underlying passion for entrepreneurship. That passion has been there practically my whole life. When I was 9 I tried starting my own “company”. I made business cards, got a professionally made sign for my birthday, and I even had a ribbon cutting ceremony at a garage sale I hosted. I failed miserably, nonetheless, that passion has still carried with me, and to indulge in that passion I decided to join the Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Scholars program at OSU. I can already tell, this is one of the best decisions I could have ever made. This scholars program has opened my eyes to what I want to do during and beyond school. During school, I want to do internships and work on private business projects I have stirring in my mind. After school I want to either create a start-up based on my ideas or join a start-up that I am passionate about. Overall, I am extremely happy to be here at OSU.
