My first semester at The Ohio State University has passed in the blink of an eye, and I cannot believe that I am already entering my second semester as a student. They say that college can be a life-changing experience, and, for me, it has opened my eyes to the vast realm of opportunities that lie ahead of me. It has shown me that there is more than one way to reach your goals, and that there is also no right way to get to where you want to go. Recently, I have embraced the diversity available at Ohio State, while appreciating the unique thoughts and opinions that come with it. As a student, I have excelled in the classroom ensuring that I take advantage of the education that will be the foundation for my success in the future. Finally, as a scholar, I have truly enjoyed the sense of community surrounding the Dunn Sport and Wellness Scholars Program, which has enabled me to form lasting relationships with my fellow scholars and network with various members of the community. Throughout this upcoming spring semester, I hope to enhance my college experience by becoming a more active member of the Ohio State community through volunteerism, club membership, and employment.
