Hello!

My name is Austin Clark, and I am a 4th year majoring in Forestry, Fisheries, and Wildlife with a specialization in Forestry and Wildlife.

I grew up in a tiny town called Ashville which is a little ways south of Columbus.

For my coat of arms, I drew a Great Blue Heron as my symbol, as that is my favorite bird and I really enjoy going out birding. My motto is, “Nothing is impossible, not if you keep training.” To me, this means anyone can achieve anything they want, as long as they were willing to put in the time, practice, and training required to make their dreams’ reality.

I am interested in plants because I feel like they are an everyday part of life, and with the knowledge gained from this class, I hope to put a “face to the name” to the plants around me.
