Based on the problems identified and analyzed during the Product Specifications phase, each team member generated 15 concept ideas individually for Part 1 of the Concept Generation phase. Each idea was shared with the rest of the team, and twelve variations of the original drawings were made for Part 2. For Part 3 of the Concept Generation phase, the best ideas were compared through screening and scoring matrices, and the best four ideas were selected for the Prototype phase. The top four sketch ideas after the scoring matrices were the Gait Belt, PT Band, Helping Hand Variant 1, and the Digital Scribe and can be seen below.
