Lab 6: System Analysis 2

A program created in Matlab was developed to analyze the performance of each AEV run. The code would analyze energy efficiency by plotting graphs of power supplied vs time. The code starts by taking the collected data from the AEV data recorder and converts the EEPROM data into physical parameters. The data was then used in different equations throughout the code to find kinetic energy, velocity, propulsion efficiency, and total energy. This could be all displayed on graphs that are found throughout the report and poster.

Day 3 of AEV lab 6

For the first stop we used ______ marks to stop within the desired marks. then for the second stop we had a total of ______ marks used while also breaking for the turn. for the third and final stop we used a count of ____ marks in order to reach the stop.

180 marks for start to first stop. go for 150 marks at a speed and at the 150th mark make it go in reverse for 0.625 seconds.

370  absolute marks for first stop to second. At 9 ft (0 absolute marks) reverse  to brake for turn and then continue to move on with the remaining marks(380 absolute marks) at slower speed.             <—– (theses are roughly where they are located)

210 marks for second to third stop

Day 2 For AEV lab 6

made a great base to start and caught up to the scheduled after the first day. almost have first stop dialed in using a count of roughly 180 marks.

Day 1 for AEV lab 6

Had multiple troubleshooting to get AEV to work properly not much progress was made due to the Arduino board being corrupt.
