We will be meeting on Thursday, February 13 at 7:00 PM (note the time change!) in McPherson 4054. The primary purpose of this meeting will be a group outing to the OSAA Public Lecture, to be given by our own Dr. Kris Stanek on the All-Sky Automated Search for Supernovae (ASAS-SN). We will be leaving McPherson to walk over to CBEC 0130 at around 7:30, and the talk is scheduled between 8:00 – 9:00 PM.
There will be pizza available before the talk! We will be using the pre-talk meeting time to mourn the loss of our second-year members to the first Physics 2301 midterm, and to answer any remaining election questions that the survivors may have.
