4-H Winning Plan

Winning Plan: An Accommodation Plan for 4-H Participants

The Winning 4-H Plan (W4HP) assists Extension professionals and volunteers to aid youth who may need some accommodations to fully access and participate in 4-H activities. It is similiar to an IEP plan for schools.  If you feel a Winning Plan is needed and would benefit your 4-H member, please fill it out and send to the Extension Office.

VOLUNTEERS:

  • Please ask if that any of your members need accomodations to participate in meetings or activities, that they would contact you privately and inform you of what is needed.  Help them gain access to the Winning Plan form if applicable.
