My name is Nisha Sathiaprakash and I am a second-year from Marysville, Ohio. I chose OSU because I loved the science department, specifically the Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Diversity department unique to OSU. Also, I fell in love with the huge campus and the school spirit shared by all Buckeyes! I chose to participate in the Honors program because I wanted to be able to explore my curiosities through knowledge. After graduation, I plan on attending veterinary school to become a zoo veterinarian. I am involved in 2 dance groups here at OSU, 3D Dance Team and Dance Irregulars. My favorite OSU experience has definitely been the football games, they are always a blast! My one piece of advice for students would be to not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and explore – join a new club, take a fun class, and say yes to new experiences!
