Southeast Ohio Woodland Interest Group (SEOWIG) offers program “Trail Cameras: Caught on Video” on May 18th

SEOWIG flyer (2)Join SEOWIG (Southeast Ohio Woodland Interest Group) as they launch a new year and a new look to the organization. If you are interested in woodlands as a landowner or a nature lover, there is something for everyone.

Speaker Laura Hughes presents “Trail Cameras: Caught on Video” We’ll talk about what cameras we use, where we put our cameras, and give some tips that we’ve found to be helpful. We’ll also show some of our favorite trail camera videos which include bobcats, river otters, ruffed grouse, beavers, fishers from WV, and many more!!!

Laura and David Hughes are amateur naturalists who love nature and the outdoors. Laura works for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency as an aquatic biologist and David is a firefighter/paramedic in Whitehall, Ohio. They live in Pataskala, Ohio but spend many weekends in the forested hills of Monroe County, Ohio where Laura’s family lives.
