How does different media coverage of global crisis differ from anthropological resources of the same or similar crisis? How do each of the two representations drive a narrative of a crisis? Throughout this semester, our class has researched into two different topics and the varying coverage of them. Our website goes into the different ways in which the issues have been addressed through different mediums and explores how these different resources shape the issues. Our goal is to address these differences and find common ground from which both news media and anthropological studies can drive an accurate message to best address the crisis and the individuals effected.
