After reviewing and learning the most recent module on online reading and study strategies, I came across online tools that I plan to use to perfect my understanding and study skills within my coursework. There was a discussion post on The Best of the Web and we were required to do are own research in online tools that would benefit you in a respective area. I found this to be the most useful thing I learned in this module. When conducting my own research I came across free online tools such as Marinara Time and Evernote. I also found Study Stack Flashcard Tools an useful online tool. Incorporating these online tools into practice in the future would increase my academic performance. Study Stack Flashcards Tools enables you to study your own digital flashcards or the set categories in various courses. Marinara Time enables you to effectively study and manage your time by having the Pomodoro method in which gives you a consecutive 25 minute timer to do work and a 5 minute break after. This method is beneficial for scholars to avoid burnout and increase productivity. The last online tool that is beneficial is Evernote that assist you with your documents including scanning, sync and store, and sharing. This app enables you to share your documents for personal, business or group work aspects. I highly recommend these online tools to improve your focus, learning, studying, time management and productivity.
