Artifacts
This is a picture of me in a kilt with my bagpipes after my presentation in my history of music class. This picture is significant because it embodies the idea of global awareness and how I was pushed to new limits during my first semester. Having to learn about an instrument for my history of music class made me want to do something cool. Without that push from the class I would have never gotten bagpipes. I am going to Ireland over spring break and eventually will make the trip to Scotland. Both of these ideas were sparked by my research into a different culture and their ways of making music.
About Me
As a freshman at Ohio State I have no idea where my journey is headed. I am pursing an operations management major with minors in religious studies and leadership. I want to use communication, business operations, and community engagement to help people.
More specifically I hate the lack of financial education provided for those in poverty. Although these resources are available, very few go to the people. I want basic financial education to be easily accessible for everyone.
