Hello Allen County. It is bittersweet that I share with you that I have accepted the ANR position in Hardin County. Taking this position allows me to work closer to home which saves money on gas each week and allows me to spend more time at home and less on the road. This is especially important to me since Kolsen joined Nicole and I in February.

I have enjoyed working in the Allen County communities over the last year and 8 months. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to interact with you whether that was through helping you address a need, through agronomic pest trapping, research, programs, farmers markets, community organizations, and much more. I especially want to thank the Allen County Master Gardener Volunteers for their kindness and willingness to work with me.

My last official day in Allen County will be Friday, September 20.

Again, it has been a pleasure to work with you Allen County, and I wish you the best moving forward.
