The 2023 Ohio Maple Days event is Dec. 8-9 at Ashland University’s Convocation Center. Spend the days immersed in everything maple. Visit with equipment vendors and maple producers of all sizes from around the state. Are you a producer who needs to get their hydrometer calibrated? There will be that opportunity on Saturday.
