Project Overview
After a long summer of quarantine, the Robotics Lab staff was eager to create a resource that would help those learning Adobe software from home and in the classroom. Working together with the Robotics Lab Manager, the student interns discussed a struggle Art & Technology students face in the program: the steep learning curve of the Adobe Creative Suite, and the confusion of learning multiple programs at once.
To combat this issue, the Across Adobe eBook project was created. Developing this eBook allowed the Robotics Lab staff to work on a project virtually, while developing a long-term resource for students in the Art & Technology area within the Department of Art at The Ohio State University. By combining our skills in research and design, alongside expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, the Robotics Lab staff has created a concise, user-friendly eBook that makes the gargantuan Adobe interface more manageable to students learning the software.
