Chichca

Chichca was the official drink of the Inca. It is brewed from corn and the women would chew it to pulp, the saliva helps transform the starch into fermented sugar. The chewed corn was then distilled with warm water and set aside for a few days to let the fermentation process make the beverage mildly-alcoholic. This was a drink was the only drink they would consume on festival days and during rituals. This was produced mostly by acllas. Today, the drink is not as favored as it use to be. Locals or natives sometimes make it at home or sell it at certain bars, restaurants, and stores. You can often buy it out of homes from people who hang a red flag outside of their home. It is sold pretty cheap ($0.25 USD) if you are interested.
