- Introduction
Welcome to the ACHIEVE study mobile health application, developed to support the Achieve study focused on pregnant women living with type 2 diabetes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.
- Purpose of the Study
The Achieve study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) in managing blood glucose levels in Medicaid-enrolled pregnant women on insulin treatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the DEXCOM G7 CGM or standard care. The study involves the collection of health data through surveys, blood samples, and medical records. The mobile health application is currently only available to patient eligible participants seen at The Ohio State University Medical Center and screened by a clinical research associate at the Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine.

As part of the Achieve study, the mobile application will collect the following types of information:
