The ACADAOS Awards and Recognition Committee is currently accepting nominations for the following awards:
- Outstanding New Advisor Award (for advisors with 3 or fewer years of total advising experience)
- Mary Bailey Advisor Award (formerly the Outstanding Advisor Award)
- Melinda McDonald Advising Administrator Award (formerly the Outstanding Advisor Administrator Award)
These awards recognize one new advisor (with 3 or fewer years of total advising experience), two experienced advisors, and one advising administrator who truly go above and beyond for their students and colleagues. Additionally, as advisors, we rely on many other units at the university to do our jobs well, and we recognize one of these invaluable units each year with our Friend of ACADAOS Award.
Do you know someone who fits one of these descriptions? Then consider submitting a nomination! Award submissions are due no later than Friday, March 17, 2023. The nominees and winners will be presented at the annual ACADAOS recognition ceremony on April 26, 2023.
