- “Joanna repeatedly goes above and beyond to help students and staff alike during tough transitions. In addition to taking on new role responsibilities, she has been training multiple new Advisors, filling in advising roles for other departments when needed, running the Peer Mentor Program for Honors, all while supporting her own student caseload. We just KNOW that Joanna is constantly getting pinged with off-the-cuff questions, but she never lets it show. Her personality and quick jokes have a positive effect on her team members.”
