Over the week of Aug 5-9, a team of people from ODEE, ASCTech and ASC Comm was involved in transitioning the hosting of our WordPress MU installation of u.osu.edu from a local cluster of servers to a hosted service at EduBlogs. As the name suggests, EduBlogs hosts WPMU websites/blogs for educational institutions around the world.

Well, to Math at least. u.osu.edu is an effort to see if WordPress is a good platform for faculty, staff and students to concoct their web presence. For the uninitiated, this entire site is a WordPress Multisite install hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences. ASCTech and ASCComm worked on this together.
