Leadership is a driving force to keep me moving forward through my schooling and career. There is no set path before me and it can be very overwhelming. Having positive values and qualities that can help push me in a good direction allows me to have a piece of mind that I am moving forward and not backwards. I want to feel powerful and but at the same time I want to feel dependable, I feel I get to do both of these things, when being focused on leadership.
