Phase 2- Stakeholders

With the goal of Phase 2 being to understand the stakeholders, context, and constraints of the sustainability project, the group first recapped what they knew about  pod-style coffee making and the recycling system.

This was done by creating:

  • a stakeholders map: to make sense of the stakeholders involved and the activities that they take place in
  • a chart: to grasp the contexts, processes/policies/regulations, and tools/products/artifacts connected to the activities
